Who We Are

felizwings Green, our Sustainability Committee, has been working towards reducing our carbon footprint through opportunities both large and small as we recognize that any reduction in carbon is positive for the environment. We also believe in making a difference in our community by providing volunteer hours and funding to care for and advocate for our planet. The below highlights a few partnerships that we support year to year, our goals and successes.

Carbon Emissions

As part of our ongoing efforts, we have implemented a comprehensive strategy to minimize our carbon emissions throughout our entire supply chain and operations. We are proud to share that these concerted efforts have yielded significant success in reducing our carbon emissions, making meaningful strides towards a greener and more sustainable future. While we acknowledge that there is still much work to be done, we remain steadfast in our dedication to combat climate change and inspire positive change within our industry and beyond. Together, we can create a more sustainable world for everyone.

Goals

felizwings has been reporting our Scope 1 & Scope 2 carbon footprint since 2016. We set a 25% reduction by 2030 in our Scope 1 & 2 emissions and have achieved a 15% reduction YTD December 2022. In 2023, we established our Scope 3 carbon footprint. We will look at setting a goal in 2024 for a Scope 3 reduction. Our current 3 year goal is to increase our carbon reduction efforts by 30% each year using 2022 as a base year.
